I emptied my camera the other day and these are the pictures that were on it. Enjoy!
Ryan and Keri came over the other day with their new baby Brooklyn Kay. She is about 3 weeks old here and Ella is 1 week away from 4 months here. These two are exactly 3 months and 1 day apart. But their size difference is quite different as you can see. We just had to take some pictures of them together.

One of the hotter days (we were still having some cold days) we went to Eagle Days Parade. We have never been before but had always heard how much fun it is. This is pretty much a huge water fight parade. As the parade goes by, they spray the crowd and the crowd sprays back.
The kids were so good to watch out for each other. Notice they are all holding hands.

When the fire trucks came through, it was crazy. They were drenching the crowd. We saw them coming and moved back off the curb. Mitchell was saying he didn't want to get wet so we pulled him back with us.....notice he isn't there by my other kids.

Kyah being a good big sister and consoling Naomi after she got more wet than she wanted.
Mitchell and I were standing right next to Seth and Ella but when the trucks went by they stopped the hose right in my direction. It totally missed Seth and all landed on me and Mitchell. I didn't realize Mitch was standing next to me until I heard him crying. I was completely soaked. The funny thing was I packed extra clothes for the kids but didn't even think about any for me. You can't tell how wet I was from this picture. There was not a dry spot on the other side of me. But it was hot that day so it felt good. It was a fun parade.
Each of the kids wanted to get Dad something this year. So Dad made a list of things he wanted and they chose (later) which things they wanted to be from them.He opened the first present before our 8:30 a.m. church. Notice how tired Kyah looks. It was about 7 a.m. when this picture was taken.

Porter's Card
Porter had made Dad a card before school got out. He had been hiding it under his pillow until Father's Day.
This is what the card said " The most important thing about my dad, Seth, is that he is really funny. He is the best Dad in the world and he loves me very much. He loves to go golfing with me and makes all the money. I love him very much but the most important thing about my Dad is that he is really funny. love, Porter"
Because Seth had found out about his biggest present of all, the week before Father's Day, (I was soooooo mad. I had kept it from him, very well I might say, for a month and then he finds out a week before.) we made him go on a scavenger hunt to find the rest of his presents. His first clue was in the pocket of the pants from Mitchell. Then it sent him to a friend of ours where his next present from Kyah was.He got a Dutch oven from her. You can see his next clue on the box.
Then off to Jenn's place.Porter has really been into books lately which is really cool. So he wanted the present from him to be a book. When we went to get it he said "I wonder what books Dad is into.....mystery? or adventure?" It was really cute. He wasn't totally thrilled when I told him Dad was into books about money.
By the way we really like this book "The Total Money Makeover" by Dave Ramsey.
Another weird face shot from my too crazy boys. I rarely get a picture that isn't a "quick pull a funny face" shot from those two.

And then off to Brenda's.
This was where his last and biggest present was, the one he had already found out about. So we made him search through their house on more scavenger hunts. He loved that (not really). But oh well. ;)

The kids helped him find it by telling him if he was hot or cold. We haven't played that game enough because they really needed some help with it.
When he finally found it, this is what it was. Yes we finally got a gaming console. We have a Wii. He was so excited.

LOL, we have a card to Tom that is very similar to one Porter wrote to Seth, I think it was from Grant, lol.
I LOVE all the pictures! Yer awesome. Ella is looking so much like a'nother King kid, lol. It's fun how they all have a similar look. And I can really see Ryan in that last shot of her.
So first, you kids are so darn cute. Second, what a fun way to give Father's Day presents (kinda jealous of the Wii). And third, after the heat of the last few days I would beg for a huge firetruck to come douse me with a hose!!!!!
Woman! You haven't been kissed under the mistletoe! You need to have Seth fix that...or someone else for that matter:) Mitchell reminds me of Porter when he was little. Looks like you family is doing good. Keep it up! Angie
